July 1, 2019　Lecture by Mr. Victor Mulas, Senior Private Sector Specialist of the World Bank

Mr. Victor Mulas is a Senior Private Sector Specialist and currently working with Japan’s Cabinet Office to support the startup ecosystem policy plan.
He discussed about common enabling elements for innovation and entrepreneurship from his experience at World Bank. At the end of the class students had a group work about “What Kyoto need to do to be a global ecosystem hub?”.
